You must create an account to list vehicles or contact sellers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
All listings must be accurate and truthful. You may not list vehicles you do not own or have the right to sell. Prohibited listings include stolen vehicles, vehicles with outstanding liens without disclosure, and fraudulent offers.
Users may communicate through our inquiry system. We are not responsible for the content of messages exchanged between users. Be cautious and verify information independently before making any purchase.
Motiyard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to disputes between buyers and sellers.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
